Setup steps

Install the OpenAI plugin from the Plugin Marketplace.
Authorize OpenAI in Dify by navigating to Tools → OpenAI → Authorize and entering your API key.
Select LLM in the Question Classifier node to route questions into three categories: "Question related to after sales", "Questions about how to use products", and "Other questions".
Select a LLM in the LLM node and configure it to use the after-sales Knowledge Retrieval result as context.
Select a LLM in the LLM 2 node and configure it to use the product Knowledge Retrieval result as context.
