AutoScrape Business Registry for Dify

Official-source US business registry evidence for KYB, merchant underwriting, vendor due diligence, and legal entity checks.

This plugin adds one Dify Marketplace tool: . It calls AutoScrape's public no-key evaluation endpoint and returns source-backed Secretary of State registry matches, including registered-agent and address details where the state source exposes them.

Business Registry Search

Use this tool when a Dify agent or workflow needs to verify whether a merchant, vendor, or company appears in official US state business registry data.

Parameters:

- Company, merchant, vendor, or legal entity name. Required.
- Optional comma-separated state codes. Defaults to for deterministic tests.
- Optional boolean. Defaults to to fetch registered-agent and address fields where available.
- Optional total result cap from 1 to 25. Defaults to .

Supported no-key pilot states: NY, TX, CO, OR, IA, WI, NJ, CT, PA, MN, KY, SC, ND, AL, AR, RI, and MO. California requires keyed CALICO or bulk-data access and is not included in the no-key public pilot.

Example use cases

KYB due-diligence agent checks a merchant legal name against official state registries before onboarding.
Payment-risk workflow appends registry match, status, formation, address, and registered-agent evidence to a review packet.
Vendor or supplier risk workflow performs a source-backed legal entity check and records a result when no match is found.
